Mary said "come in"

When the angel told Mary that she was chosen to carry the Savior of the world in her womb... apparently she was given the option to say no, because the scripture says she said "Let it be so,I am the Lord's hand maiden"  (in other words... "ok")  Of course she had some questions, doubts and fears about being a teenage unwed mom.  But once Jesus was living within her -  she had the power of God for guidance and comfort. 

Jesus is asking us today -  to let him in as well.   The  scripture says He is standing at the door, knocking and that if anyone "opens the door" - He will come in.  (His Holy Spirit that is) When you do, you will have the power of God within you for guidance and comfort.  You may have fears or doubts about that too.  But I wouldn't want to be "wandering around" in the world today without the Lord's guidance!

Why not let God give you the "Christmas present" He intended for you..... welcome Jesus into your heart.
